Hi all -

I come across so many great articles, recipes, new health sites on a daily basis, and I decided to start sharing a few of my favorites from the past few weeks or so.  Sometimes it could be something fitness-related, sometimes nutrition, or disease-prevention, or just something totally random that made me laugh.
